Introduction

The International Journal of Management Research and Emerging Sciences (IJMRES) is a high-quality international refereed research journal with an ISSN: 2223-5604 and E-ISSN: 2313-7738 which is published on quarterly bases (March, June, September, December). It calls for papers in areas relevant to Management and Emerging Sciences. The term â€œEmerging Sciencesâ€ covers research areas such as Marketing, Finance, Management and HR, Education Leadership, Production Management, Islamic Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, Management Information Systems, and last but not the least-Transport & Logistics Management.

Aims and Scope

International Journal of Management Research and Emerging Sciences (IJMRES) publishes on quarterly bases which is an open-access journal published by Superior University Pakistan in collaboration with Higher Education Commission (HEC), Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. IJMRES aims to be a leading source of scholarly articles and research papers through the promotion of research publications at no cost in the long run. In other words to make research publication hassle free for financially constrained researchers and scholars. The published article will always be open access, free under Creative Commons License and archived for future generations. IJMRES is devoted to the study of Management, Business, Economics, Accounting & Finance and Commerce. It attempts to publish quality research focusing on multi-disciplinary and inter-disciplinary empirical research related to the full range of cognate disciplines.
