Introduction

Bahria University Journal of Management & Technology (BJMT) is an open access and blind peer-reviewed scholarly journal of management sciences and technology. The BJMT intends to serve as an open platform for academia, researchers, and civil society to share their ideas, perspectives, and research findings across cultures. The journal aims to publish high-quality conceptual and theoretical research papers fields of management sciences and technology that meet the broad criteria of significance and scientific excellence. It emphasizes theoretical developments and their implementation, empirical, applied, and policy-oriented research in the management sciences. BJMT management is committed to completing the peer review process within two months (maximum) and informing the authors regarding the acceptance or rejection of the paper accordingly.
