Introduction

Al-Mithaq (Research Journal of Islamic Theology), is a tri-lingual (Urdu, English and Arabic), Double-Blind peer-reviewed, open access a biannual Research Journal, is published by Hira Institute of Social Sciences Research & Development. In this journal different aspects of Islamic theology and their impact on Muslim world are discussed. Al-Mithaq is a peer-reviewed academic journal that serves as a forum for distributing research discoveries on issues relating to Islam and Islamic Sciences.

Aims and Scope

Al-Mīthāq aims to provide the researchers of Islamic Theology and its associated fields of Social Sciences and Humanities a platform for publishing their scholarly manuscripts with quite accessibility and unprecedented facility. In particular, the research works regarding field of the Holy Quran, Sunnah, Fiqh, Hadith, and their interrelationship are our first priority and are published with great pleasure. Moreover, the research regarding the practical aspects – social, educational, economic, political, and spiritual – of Human life and Islamic posture thereof draw our special attention. Also, Al-Mīthāq aims to publish high-quality, impactful research that makes an original and momentous contribution to the field of Islam and its Sciences Al-Mīthāq welcomes academic researchers to get their writings published on a vast range of topics of Islamic & Religious Studies i.e. Qur’an and its sciences, Hadith and its sciences, Fiqh and Usool-ul-Fiqh, Seerat-un-Nabi, Muslim Social Thoughts, Muslim Philosophy, Comparative Religions, Islamic Dawah, Islamic Theology, Islamic Mysticism, Islamic History, Islamic Economics, Islamic Art & Calligraphy, Islam and the West, Muslim Minorities, The Contemporary Muslim World and Inter-Faith Dialogue. The journal is constantly determined to achieve excellence by promoting the quality of research. It is also committed to stepping forward with great zeal to set standards of quality and academic integrity.
