Introduction
The ‘UW Journal of Management Sciences (UWJMS)’ is an annual publication of the University of Wah, Wah Cantt, Pakistan. UWJMS (https: //uwjms. Org. Pk) is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal that publishes quality articles in the field of Management Sciences. The research articles for UWJMS are processed through an in-house developed state-of-the-art online Journal Management System which is fully capable of facilitating Author, Editor, and Reviewer for a real-time Research Publication Management and ensures the authenticity of the article blind-review process. The UWJMS aims to provide a focus for worldwide expertise in the required techniques, practices and emerging trends/issues in the discipline of Management Sciences. The editorial board of the UWJMS welcomes quality research articles in the areas of: Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Technology and Innovation, Human Resource Management, Finance, Knowledge Management, Economics, Employees/Consumers Psychology, Business Ethics and Sustainable Development etc. The UWJMS has successfully published its seven Issues (https: //uwjms. Org. Pk/index. Php/uwjms/issue/archive). The journal is currently indexed by Google Scholar (www. Scholar. Google. Com) and scientific indexing service (www. Sindexs. Org).
Aims and Scope
He Journal aims to provide a focus for worldwide expertise in the required techniques, practices, and areas of research; present a forum for readers to share common experiences across the full spectrum of industries and sectors in which management research is conducted; cover all areas of industry and management, and link theory with practice by publishing case studies and covering the latest important issues in special series. UWJMS is basically a double-blind peer-reviewed journal that publishes quality articles in the field of management sciences. The journal aims at wide circulation and visibility of its research to professionals and practitioners both within Pakistan and internationally. The guiding principles of the editorial policy of the journal are based on the criteria of quality, originality, innovation, and practical implications. The editorial board welcomes quality research articles from all areas of management sciences. The board also encourages quality research from the newly developing business and management fields. The scope of this Journal is broad but primarily, it focuses on contemporary and emerging issues in management. Therefore, ‘UWJMS’ welcome papers in the areas of: Marketing, Business, Entrepreneurship, Technology and Innovation, Human Resource Management, Finance, Economics, Employees/Consumers Psychology, Business Ethics, and sustainable development.
