Introduction

THE SKY-International Journal of Physical Education and Sports Sciences is an Open Access, International, research Journal in field of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. Journal is annually published by the department of Sports Sciences and Physical Education, under the umbrella of Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, at The University of Lahore, Pakistan. The Journal is recognized by Higher Education Commission, Islamabad in category “Y”. All research articles are double blind peer reviewed before publication. To maintain review process fair and of high quality identities of authors and reviewers are kept secret throughout review process. We believe in free access of knowledge to every one; with this spirit journal doesn’t charge any fee for publication. Aims and Scope

Aim: The aim of "THE SKY- International Journal of Physical Education and Sports Sciences" is to advance the knowledge and practice of physical education and sports sciences by publishing original research, review articles, case studies, and commentaries that contribute to the understanding and improvement of physical activity, health, and well-being. The journal aims to provide a platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to share their research findings, ideas, and experiences, and to promote interdisciplinary and international collaborations and dialogue in the field of physical education and sports sciences. The scope of "THE SKY- International Journal of Physical Education and Sports Sciences" includes, but is not limited to, the following topics: Physical activity and health promotion Sports science and performance enhancement Physical education and pedagogy Exercise physiology and nutrition Biomechanics and kinesiology Motor control and learning Sport psychology and sociology Adapted physical activity and disability sport Sport management and policy Olympic and Paralympic studies The journal welcomes original research articles, review articles, case studies, and commentaries that address these topics from various disciplinary and methodological perspectives.
