Introduction

LGU Journal of Life Science is an open access, peer-reviewed journal published by the Lahore Garrison University, quarterly (January, April, July, October). It is an effort by the LGU to nurture outstanding scholars to contribute in the shape of research, review articles, case studies and short communications for the advancement of science and to engage scientists in innovative high impact and leading edge research within and across disciplines. LGU journal of Life Sciences (LGUJLS) encourages the research and studies that are aiming at achieving the goals of building a knowledge based society. The journal aims to develop strong basis for conceptual and professional growth by sharing latest research findings. All Scientific Board Members of LGU Journal of Life Sciences are from well-known universities and research institutes to ensure high-quality publications.
